(1) In addition to the medical expenses received as per sub-section (1) of Section 31, based on the recommendation of the Medical Board constituted by the Government of Nepal, for the treatment of any judge in service or his spouse at home and abroad, the Government of Nepal shall The determined amount can be given as additional financial assistance.

(2) When giving additional financial assistance as per sub-rule (1), in case of serious diseases like kidney, heart and cancer, the amount of money spent on treatment can be given up to a maximum of five lakh rupees according to the bill.

(3) In order to receive the financial assistance according to this section, the judge has taken the treatment expenses that he is entitled to according to sub-section (1) of section 31 and needs to be given additional treatment, and the documents and expenses related to the treatment and the recommendations made by the medical board constituted by the government of Nepal. Bill payment should be submitted.
